1. DESIGN CONCEPT

Meet the client & project managers to understand their requirements.
Review and understand the operators technical guidelines and standards. Collect Local authority requirements. Coordinate with different parties and assemble as much information as possible. Establish all the requirements. Prepare the concept design report.

2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN

  • Get the concept design approval.

  • Coordinate with other parties to finalize the space planning.

  • Participate in technical meetings to develop the design. 

  • Prepare the preliminary thematic  designs.

3. DETAILED DESIGN

  • Obtain approval for the schematic design.

  • Develop the detailed design and drawings.

  • Coordinate with other parties for final approvals.

4. TENDER PHASE

  • Obtain the client approval for tender documentation.

  • Generate the documents needed for the tender.

  • Reply to tender queries and clarifications as needed,

5. COMPLETION PHASE

  • Complete the submission.

  • Provide the final list of deliverables.

  • Site visits report.

  • O&M completeness and compliance.
